$1350 for 100 Wedding invites? Are you joking me?.... That’s exactly what I said when I found out that the median price for Wedding Invitations ranged anywhere from $1000-$2000 and up.. A few years back when my best friend was getting married, he asked me to join him and his fiancé along to help them pick out wedding invitations. As a professional designer who has spent over 10 years working with companies worldwide, I offered them valuable insight when it came to “branding” their perfect wedding. Well…to be honest, it simply boiled down to the fact that they needed a second opinion on finalizing a month long debate as to which invitations were best.. “the one with the blue circles” or the “one with the yellow lining” ? From shop to dreadful invite shop we went, and I honestly wanted to strangle myself. I gawked at the fact that my friend was getting quoted such high prices for some of the most unattractive and gosh-awful designs I had ever seen. I had to put my foot down… so as a favor to the bride & groom, I decided I would take matters into my own hands and create something ultra special for them. An invitation ensemble that would perfectly reflect their extraordinary celebration, while allowing them to save their money for the other million things that are involved in planning a wedding..like those silly little candles that cost $2.00 a pop! All in all, I was able to save them well over $1000.00, and our end result was far better than the basic template designs we looked at in the stores. Since that day, I have been asked by my friends and family from around the globe to help them create invites that are stylish, fashionable and unique. unique, personal , fun, chic and classy. Then I got to thinking… perhaps others could value from my experience and passion for high quality design that’s affordable… One thing led to another, and after 2 years in the making, now I can offer these designs and much more to you!
